Compostable & recyclable shipping packaging
At the cart (shopping basket) page of the checkout you can opt to upgrade your shipping box to a polystyrene insulated box lined with wool liners and ice. We recommend this option for shipping quick frozen items (unaged low histamine meat) and all frozen items and also for shipping all products during warm weather.
Our standard shipping box is a biodegradable Eco Box which is a cardboard box lined with a plastic waterproof barrier plus sheep's wool liners which can be composted at home or at your local recycling centre.
Both boxes include gel ice that is food safe and can be defrosted and poured down the drain.
