Our story
We are a second generation family farm that has been producing free range, rare breed pigs since 1997 in County Down, Northern Ireland. We work with a group of like-minded specialist livestock farmers who farm sustainably in Ireland and supply us with all the other special products that we sell such as grass fed beef, grass fed lamb, free range chickens, free range turkeys, ducks and geese, as well as wild venison.
All our meat is butchered on our farm, we make all our own sausages and burgers and cure all the hams and bacon that we sell. Our butchery rooms, butchery equipment, fridges and freezers are powered by solar electricity that we generate on-site.
