Subscriptions

You can now set up a regular subscription to receive your favourite products on a regular basis, saving you time and money. 

What products can I subscribe to?

All products on this site are available on regular subscription order

Is there a discount if I subscribe?

Products purchased on subscription are subject to a discount of 5%. 

What is the length of subscriptions you offer?

You can subscribe to receive a regular order weekly, 2 weekly or monthly. 

How does it work?

You select the products you want to include in your regular subscription, click subscribe on each product, and then checkout with your first order. Your card will be automatically debited for the subscription amount, plus the delivery charge (if you are having your order delivered) on the same day of the week/month as your initial order was placed. 

Can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time without any notice up to the date and time your card is due to be debited for the renewal of your subscription. Your card will be debited at 12.01 am on the date of your subscription renewal. After this point the subscription can only be cancelled for all subsequent orders.  

Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription by clicking on the Manage my Subscription button on your account page. 

On the Manage my Subscription page, you will see details of the next subscription order, and you can edit the subscription, add products to it, or cancel it. 

Is there a minimum order value for subscriptions

The minimum order value for subscriptions is £75 per order. If the subscription order is below this amount you will not be able to checkout. If the subscription is edited to fall below the minimum order value on any subsequent order date, the subscription will not be fulfilled on that date and your card will not be debited.
